HOW IT WORKS1. Choose Your Repair FacilityYou choose the repair facility you want to use. Although we can help you find one in your area, Public Fleet Advocates does not require you to visit specific shops.2. Inform The Shop You’re A PFA MemberAsk the repair facility to submit the estimate, diagnostic findings, and supporting information directly to Public Fleet Advocates.3. We Review The FindingsWe review the estimate, diagnostic process, labor recommendations, parts pricing, and supporting information using real-world fleet repair oversight principles and decades of industry experience. We also compare labor times and repair recommendations against commonly accepted industry standards and repair practices to help ensure the recommendations align with commonly accepted repair procedures.4. We Communicate With The FacilityIf additional clarification or diagnostics are needed, we work directly with the repair facility to better understand the concern, recommendations, labor requirements, and supporting information.5. We Help You Make An Informed DecisionToday's vehicles are extremely complicated. We provide guidance to you, comprehensive diagnostic explanation about the findings and repair needed, and recommendations so you can confidently decide if, and how to proceed with the repair.

Can Public Fleet Advocates Pay For Itself? Most subscriptions cost money.Public Fleet Advocates has the potential to save money.Fleet organizations review repair estimates every day because controlling maintenance costs matters. Now you can apply those same principles to your personal vehicles.Imagine receiving a repair estimate that includes additional repairs, maintenance recommendations, or major component replacement.Maybe every recommendation is necessary.Maybe some repairs can wait.Maybe additional information is needed before approving the work.If a single estimate review helps you avoid one unnecessary repair, prioritize repairs differently, or ask the right questions before authorizing a major repair, the savings could exceed the cost of membership.A Netflix subscription entertains you. Public Fleet Advocates may help pay for itself.
